Who is Laverne?   Chef Ray never thought he'd ever have to share his middle name, and even though it's always made him cringe, as a gay man growing up in the 70's but Zach and the rest of the locals LOVE IT! 

 

It's a local place, food prepared with local ingredients when available, a place you can always find a friend the same time tomorrow.
